Welcome to Chet Love FitnessThe method
The work that changed everything.
Chet’s 70-pound transformation did not come from a shortcut. It came from learning how conditioning, resistance training, nutrition, recovery, and consistency work together. He invested years—and thousands of dollars—learning what worked. Chet Love Fitness shares that hard-earned framework so you can train with greater clarity and purpose.
How to use the program
Transformational results usually require both cardiovascular conditioning and progressive resistance training. If time is limited, begin with the HIIT workout. Use a light-to-moderate load that lets you maintain clean technique and continue moving with only the rest the workout calls for.
When your schedule and recovery allow, add the resistance-training session. These sets should use a heavier—but still controlled—load, with roughly 45 to 60 seconds of rest between working sets. Do not treat all 177 HIIT workouts as mandatory consecutive days. Start at a frequency appropriate for your experience and recovery.
Chet’s personal nutrition approach
This is personal experience, not nutrition or medical advice. Chet often uses an eating window from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. because it gives his day structure and helps limit snacking. Fasting does not guarantee ketosis and is not right for everyone.
Chet prioritizes protein and personally targets about one gram per pound of body weight, then fills the balance of his calories with carbohydrates and fats. He commonly starts near 2,200 calories per day and may reduce his intake by about 100 calories if progress stalls. His personal floor is about 1,800 calories—not a universal minimum. Individual needs vary substantially.

HIIT workouts
Move through the collection one day at a time or jump directly to any workout.
Two-week rotation
Resistance training
Eight lifting sessions repeat as a two-week rotation. Choose a controlled weight, maintain good form, and rest about 45 to 60 seconds between working sets.
